LiveTribe Source Code

The source code of the LiveTribe project is organized in two main areas:

  • The nursery, the area where ideas, initial versions, proofs, or anything worth to be coded is dumped (other projects call this area "sandbox" or "incubator")
  • The garden, the area where code that has matured in the nursery has grown to the status of module.

The code in the nursery is quite unstable; it can change without warning, and portions may disappear because they were too awful to survive.

The code in the garden is more stable; the module has already been released (or it will soon), and users expect the new versions to be as much backward compatible as possible.
